HOW IT WORKS

Whether you are looking for a resumé, cover letter or LinkedIn profile, the process at First Impression is fast and simple!

1. Determine what you need. Take a look at the services & pricing tab and then visit the shop to purchase your desired service(s). Once you pay, you will be personally contacted by First Impression and sent a form to complete that includes all the necessary information needed. If you want to get a head start, you can complete the form(s) prior or after purchase through the website to speed up the process. The forms can be found on the services & pricing page.

2. Speak with your resumé writer, Jaclyn. Set up a time to talk with her about your job search, career goals and your experience. You are given the choice to speak directly on the phone or through email. Afterwards, she will begin working on creating your desired product.

​​3. The writing process. Within 3-5 days you’ll receive your customized resumé/cover letter via email for your review. Payment must be made in advanced and can be done by credit card or PayPal, all through the shop page.​ If you are local, you can pay via cash or check. 

​4. Make any edits. Jaclyn is available 7 days a week. After delivering your product, you're free to receive any additional edits, tweaking or other changes as we finalize the writing process. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied.
